As software engineers, we conducted a number of technical and behavioural interviews over the years.

We both felt the frustration with maintaining our own bank of questions, coordinating with recruiters and other interviewers and the time and effort it takes to prepare candidate feedback after each interview.

When we started talking to other interviewers and recruiters we realised that the issue is actually bigger.

Recruiters, for example, spend a lot of time scheduling and coordinating interviews.

They also receive candidate feedback in a free text form which makes it hard to compare candidates and understand their strong and weak areas.

That’s why we’ve decided to build a platform that helps companies to standardise interviews, collaborate and effectively assess candidates to make a confident hiring decision.

Plus, being open-source, it can be customized to fit the specific needs of any company. It's all about making the interviewing process simpler and more transparent.
